Vineyard density: 5.000 vines per hectare

Vinification and aging: Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats where maceration lasts for 10 – 12 days at a controlled temperature of 25°C.

Nose: Fruity bouquet. Brings to mind fresh cherries, redberries. Taste: Fresh and pleasantly rounded.

Serving suggestions: An excellent accompaniment for pasta, both white and red meat, and cheese.

Serving temperature: 18° C
